As with so many businesses these days, great customer service and going the extra mile is rare. I witnessed it today from Mike at Cartridge World on Union at Avalon. I purchased a product from his store and it didn't work, he came to my office at Poplar and Estate to bring a replacement. When this didn't work, he promised me he would be back and will have my issue solved and after 2 hours, he delivered!!! This man went over and beyond what anyone has done for me to right a wrong and I appreciate that!!! I thank Mike for coming through for me. For any printer cartridge needs,please go see Mike and give him your business, he cares about his customers. Thanks, again, Mike for doing such a great job and I wish you many years of success for you and your business. May God shower you with many blessings!!!
