Kudos to a company that takes care of its customers. I have several Brighton products, purses, jewelry and glasses which I have enjoyed. But the experience which "Tops" it for me was a repair on a watch I had received as a gift about 5 years ago. I sent the watch in repair expecting it to take a long time and to be charged for the service. However, the watch was returned in a timely manner with no charge. This may have been an exception regarding repairs but it was very meaningful to me. Thank you Brighton!
