I am not sure if body shop takes people's time for granted. I tried contacting the customer service at the contact number listed on the website to ask about an order placed on their website. I tried in the morning and on the line with the automated line saying " your call is very important to us please hold' for around 20 minutes and realized it would be better to call later in the day. When I called later in the day I was on hold for 1 hour and still no response. A few minutes delay is understandable but an hour? I have heard of terrible customer service cases. This one is definitely on top of that list in my point of view. Body shop should invest in hiring additional lines or people to answer call and not expect them to be on the phone for 1 hour. Terrible service... It leaves an bad taste about the company and products. I don't know if I want to buy from them again.
