horrible calling experience!!!

I've tried to call the customer service for a week now. Everyday I tried a few time. The average hold time was 30 minutes. But so far I haven't had any opportunity to actually speak to anyone! Never will waste my money again!

All About The Money

This has been my worst experience with a store and how they treat their customers. Apparently it's all about the money. If you can take our money than take the calls. Fix what the customers are subjecting like the return policy.

Terrible customer service

Called several times about a delivery issue that was not resolved. First hold time 21 minutes, second hold time 54 minutes, unable to reach anyone the next few times that I tried. Body Shop: your customers are losing all consumer confidence ... Investors, look out for this one. This can't bode well for the ultimate integrity of this company.

Worst Customer Service Ever

I tried to call and make a change on an order I had just placed, i was on hold for almost 2 hours and still no one picked up. I hung up and tried to call back and the phone was busy.... I will never place an online order with this company I'm hard pressed to even want to go into a store after horrible this...not worth it!

Horrible customer service

I agree with the other 4 comments. Horrible customer service. I am on call #4 (got through once after a 35 minute hold but they didn't fix the problem). Still on hold on call #4 waiting to get through. Do not make a mistake when you place an order either. It is a huge pain to get in contact with anyone.

definitely the worst and irresponsible customer service

I should agree with the two other comments. I tried to contact the customer service for 9 days now because I lost my package. I have to wait 30 mins or so and I still cannot reach them. I also have sent countless emails to but no response to the date. They mentioned that it would take 3 business days to respond but now it has been 8 business days with no answer whatsoever. :(

Dissappointed with the BodyShop online/customer care services

I have called the Body Shop customer care thrice today, average hold time for each call was 30 minutes and yet no response. I am not sure how my issue would be resolved. I recieved an incomplete web order And could not reach their customer care!!! All I would say is stay away from buying anything from their online store...

Worst customer service

I am not sure if body shop takes people's time for granted. I tried contacting the customer service at the contact number listed on the website to ask about an order placed on their website. I tried in the morning and on the line with the automated line saying " your call is very important to us please hold' for around 20 minutes and realized it would be better to call later in the day. When I called later in the day I was on hold for 1 hour and still no response. A few minutes delay is understandable but an hour? I have heard of terrible customer service cases. This one is definitely on top of that list in my point of view. Body shop should invest in hiring additional lines or people to answer call and not expect them to be on the phone for 1 hour. Terrible service... It leaves an bad taste about the company and products. I don't know if I want to buy from them again.
