I gave the watch to Gordon's in July and they sent it to Movado to be fixed. I paid shipping and todate NOTHING! SHAME ON MOVADO FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have called and called to see what's going on, they say the piece is on back order! YOU MAKE THE WATCH WHY DON'T YOU HAVE PARTS?????
