I have sent my Movado a total of four times to have my battery changed...Twice they said my crystal was chipped and made me pay for it. I had three people look at it befor it went out the last time and there was not a scratch...They are the ones that are busting the crystal when they are changing the $100.00 battery. Then they have me pay for a new crystal too!
