I tried to get 4 towels that said they were "not available online" so I called customer service and they said to call the store closest to me. I did this and they had the merchandise I was looking for. I asked it they could ship it to me since I am 3 hours away. They said no. Even when I said I would pay for shipping. I was basically saying I wanted to buy $100 worth of towels and they said they could not take the time to ship them to me even if I paid for shipping. I was shocked. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.
