I bought 2 rings from kay. Sales person very helpful; explaining that once paid off my rings have a life time guaranteeand would be sized at no charge. however when my rings were paid in full I was charged an additional $40 for sizing and explain to you that there is no lifetime guarantee on my rings... I feel very misled and ripped off !
I took my jewelry in for inspection and found that the ring was broke. I gave them the ring to have it repaired and they have lost my ring and will not replace it. They accused me of not bringing the ring in and basically called me a liar. Unless I can find my repair slip, they will not replace it. This ring constantly loses the diamond and have had multiple issue with it. I recommend that you find a different jewelry if you want it repair right and if you want the ring returned back to you.
