This has always been my favorite meal at Bob's. I had it tonight (the seniors meal) and you have changed it for the worse. Instead of being served on a plate, it now comes in a soup bowl with mashed potatoes in the bottom, then a little pot roast on top with carrots and onions and then a lot of beef gravy for the broth. I managed to eat most of it but it was terrible and I will never order it again
Low quality food, small portions.....high $$$$. Will not return.
Went to Harrisonburg, Va. location this AM for Waffles. Arriving shortly after 7:30 AM we were told the Restaurant just 'Ran Out' of Waffle Mix. They were being served at a table near us as we were being told this. We did stay and order other Food Items, but a table with a Family next to us, being told the same, chose to leave and go to the IHOP a few streets away. Out of courtesy to the 'very nice' waitress was my reason for our staying.
I a disappointed to see that you do not put out spoons with the silverware. You have to ask for one. so many of the servers forget to bring them out with the coffee. How much trouble is it to have them with the other utensils? I find this very irritating. so many places do this .
I just returned from the Anderson,In Bob Evans. The food was good,service fair...but what I want to know is why the kitchen has loud rock music blaring that is conflicting with the dining room easy listening music.It bothers me for what should be a calm dining experience turns out to be exasperating.I've mentioned to managers but I guess a customer's dining experience must not be that important
Stopped in at your #275 location in Michigan City. Ind. My appreciation and compliments to your crew and staff at that facility. Their pleasant attitude and service was outstanding. I would also commend the service of our server Ms. Corie Levesque. Her warmth and outgoing personality was especially welcomed after being on the road for most of the day. She is an added bonus to your company.

I just wanted to comment on the management at your stadium drive location in kalamazoo mi store. my wife recently got fired from there, she worked there 2 years not that im upset she dont work there anymore but the way she got fired and how she was treated while she was employed there, shes very conciencious, and takes her job very seriously unlike most everybody today. any place ive ever worked when your schedueled to work 9 to 3 or something else thats what you worked, in the 2 years she never worked what the scheduele said always let go early, along with all the other girls. im sure if you looked you would see that. when she got fired for having a bad attitude she waqs accused of taking money, she wouildnt even take a piece of bread, the manager was running the cash register and he somehow had $20.00 more so they decided that she would take the money and if there was a short she would give it back. sothey wrote her up, they said in the write up it was an accident, whose accident? maybe the manager who said it was ok? just so you know

Profit or gouging? I stopped in for breakfast At a local Bob Evans, good food; but was Looking over my bill and was disappointed when I saw the price of two pieces of toast cost $ 1.99 that's more than the price of a loaf of bread. Later that same week I went to Ihop For breakfast. Toast cost .99 cents
Store#0148 @ 8:45am. The store has went down hill in the last two wks. Set at the front line today, and the stainless steel has grease sumges and looks like it has never been cleaned. Under the front line there was creamers,dirt, lemen slices, tongs, jelly pks, just to get started. i could under stand this if you were really busy, but not the case manager was even breaking the crew and new help was showing up. The manger had on pants that looked like they came from goodwill handy down shop, plus the fact the fact they were winkley and dirty looking. I am not really a clean freak but i expect were i eat to be some what clean, and the floors look like they have been moped a couple times and maybe sweeped with in the hour. Thank you customer.
I was sick after eating at Bob Evans yesterday. As I was leaving your resteraunt I saw employees fixing salads with bare hands. Also, your restrooms, though clean, are a sight for sore eyes
My family and I have always loved Bob Evans UNTIL the remodeling took place. Now the service is not even mediocre. We never get our order in less than 25 minutes even when there are only 2other families in the restaurant.I can tell you that we will NOT be returning to be treated so poorly. I wil not recommend anyone to patronize the Wheeling restaurants!!
I am from northern Ohio and am always proud to walk into a Bob Evens here in central Florida where I live year round. I got the farm skillet this AM. If it gets any smaller you'll be able to put it in a tea cup. You don't have $.25 worth of sausage in it. It says by Bob on the menu "you'll not go hungry here". I wish Bob were alive to see this, its a childs portion. I'll stick to my old favorite-Mush, its expensive for 3 pieces but its what I grew up on. A former Buckeye!
My wife and I have been long time customers. Unfortunately you continue to remove from your menu your top items. The last and final one which has lead to our no longer going to your restaurant here in Palm Coast, Florida being the beef straganoff. I realize the cost of ingredients keep rising but if you remove everything that is tasty and enjoyed the number of customers will and has at least at our location continues to drop. Please make your restaurant what it use to be, a place that I repeated took my wife for a good meal.
Went there got cold raw food cold hard Bacon nd on top of that my order was wrong nd manager just said well I have to charge you never ate just paid nd left never goin back to that shit hole nd neither would any one in the right mind. Horrible service horrible food why go?
My wife and I were in the Washington CourtHouse area today, 4-26-13, and decided to eat in at the Bob Evans restaurant while in the area. The food was great as it usually is as we live in Hillsboro and dine at that one often. This time my wife wanted to purchase a loaf of Banana Nut Bread at the check out counter to take home for later to have with coffee. Since the sign said 2 loaves for $8.00, I also got a loaf of the BlueBerry. This evening we cut 2 slices of the Banana Nut Loaf and poured us a cup of coffee. The Banana Nut Bread was the worst tasting we have ever experienced. Did not have a trace of banana taste at all, just a very Bland taste, which left a very bad taste in our mouth. We drank a second cup of coffee to wash out the taste of the bread. We are very reluctant to even try the BlueBerry Loaf at this point. We enjoy dining at B.E. but will not be trying any more of the baked goods on sale at the counter.
Poor service at Elyria. Went to location because it is closest to my home. My wife and I looked forward to going on 4-21. I have difficulty walking. This is very effident as I walk with a cane. The hostess walked to us to our table. I walked a total of 125 feet past several tables and customers only to be seated at a table 20 feet from where I started. This travel was very informative. I saw a table where a spill had not been cleaned and a table of stacked dirty dishes. My wife ordered a salad with spinach only to receive a salad on letuce. I ordered a 3 course meal (with soup which I did not receive) and a caramel sundae. I received the sundae over 15 minutes after I had finished and got the waitress attention. It had only a small drop of caramel and much whipped cream. my wife and I will tell friends, coworkers, neighbors and family at reunions, weddings, graduations etc. of our poor experience. It is safe to say I am turned off by Bob Evans even though I had a good experience at many other locations.
Stopped in for an impromptu dinner., had issure with sons main course. Heather & Chase went above & beyond in their sincere efforts to rectify the situation. Way to go! On a busy Easter holiday too!
My husband I visited this store today. Usually we love Bob Evans to eat our breakfast at because they always seem to be friendly and the service is great. (In my hometown of Circleville) I was never so disappointedas I was today. Joanne our server put in the wrong order for mine. I had to wait for 10 min. Before I got my meal and guess what, yes you are right my husband was done eatting his. So everybody makes mistakes aand I understand, but she could have taken my husbands back and brought both out together. Then I asked for more water to drink. She forgot that too!

We went to the Chesterton, In rest. and ordered the chicken and noodles as we have done many times in the past. It was so salty we couldn't eat it. Advised waitress and cashier of problem, no resolution. We have found out of the 5 Bob Evans rest. we frequent, all at one time or another have a problem with the quality of the chicken and noodles. Sometimes it's great other times, like today, it was not. Need to find out what they are doing, since there is no consistant quality of this item.
