Location:Brunswick Ohio Very diasspointed with the service because I phoned an order in and when I got there the order was incorrect. I had to wait for them to correct the order & waited about 10 minutes only to find out when I returned home my fries were not with my sandwhich and my chicken was dried out it was aweful. My daughter's burger clearly was sitting there the entire time and it was also inedible. I had phoned & was on hold quite sometime and when the manager came to the phone I explained the situation and told her I was not driving back there because I don't live around the corner she then stated that she would send some type of restitution to my home (she took my information over the phone) it has now been a week and needless to say I have not received anything. Needless to say they do not hold true to their word.
