Courteous, Knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet. Alex went above and beyond to correct a problem I encountered (several times) at a Metro store in Wesley Chapel (SR54 zip 33543). I had almost given up after receiving wrong info/diagnosis at the W. Chapel store. Due to Alex's assistance- I will continue to be a Metro Customer. Thank U Alex.
