October 21the metro pcs worker entered my birthdate as 1999 The Microsoft acct could not be accessed with out my parents permission soo I cannot set up emails, updates nothing can be done. I went to the corporate store 704 w Jefferson for 2hrs they reset the phone that didn't work so they ordered me a new phone after one week I went back seems the computers were downso I called the number noone answered there is no way.
