Took nine days to get an empty envelope with just a packing slip. No sweater. Have been on hold with "customer service" for over 35 minutes. Have tried their two 800 numbers and local 410 number. Finally got an answer after 40 minutes. Not sure yet whether problem actually resolved. Consider yourself warned.
