Dear Manager,

Last night I tried to exchange a Pandora charm I received as a gift. The charm was originally purchased on 5/9/13. However, I just received it yesterday. Unfortunately, I already had the same exact charm. I was told that I could not exchange it because exchanges can only be made within 30 days. However, again, it was purchased as a gift and I just received it. I have purchased 5 pandora bracelets for family members over the past 2 yrs. I have purchased hundreds of charms for my family and friends and have spent thousands of dollars in the Pandora store yet I cannot exchange 1 charm???????????? I really do NOT understand that at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am completely dissatisfied and will NEVER purchase another Pandora charm or bracelet again if this is the kind of customer service that is condoned. The charm is not a year old it is less than 60 days and one cannot exchange it for a another charm??? I would gladly have paid any difference between that charm and the one I wanted to purchase but again I was told it was more than 30 days so there is "nothing that can be done."
