I placed an online order using my gift card number, my 20% discount number and credit card number to cover the difference. I didn't see that the gc and % numbers were applying but thought I would be able to correct before agreeing to payment. However, the next screen gave me a confirmation number applying it all to my credit card. I called VB within one minute and was told that it could not be corrected. Finally after demanding a supervisor I got an email that my order would be canceled HOWEVER my charges would be pending to my credit card for 3-10 days. Absolutely unacceptable and there's no email to write a letter of complaint to.
