As the upcoming school year is approaching rapidly, I decided to do some online shopping through rue21. However, the website is impossible to figure out. I went to purchase a pair of boots and I was unable to find any button to add the item to a cart or even check out now. I checked with other items to find the same result. When looking for help through customer service- all that was available was a screwy phone number and a form to fill out which in all honesty- I bet no one reads. I doubt I will ever purchase anything through rue21 even if the website would let me. Severely disappointed in this website.
