I recently booked a cruise through bj's. I was promised a $50 (one for my husband and one for myself) room credit for the cruise. When I was on my cruise I realized that the credit was not applied to my on board account. I called Bj's custome service from the ship and asked to speak to a manager and was never connected to one...employees rude (after they recieved my money). It was unable to be resolved while i was on my cruise they told me to call back after the cruise, which I did. Again encountered rude employees who basically insisted I was lying. NEVER, NEVER BOOK THROUGH BJ'S. I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!
