Royals Baseball

Spring of 2014 I went to Fulton store to get ready for season. I was shocked to find 2 old style hats for the Royals. It is almost as disappointing to find Chiefs gear. Fulton is between K.C and St Louis. You only take care of St. Louis fans. Well look where you are this year. I can go to Columbia or Kansas City but would sure like to support my home town of Fulton.

MVP points

I spent $237.00 in the store today and the salesperson didn't ask me for my mvp points card and I called when I got home and he said oh just go online and put the trans# in. Well I have tried to put that number in and it doesn't work. Please let me know how to add this purchase so I will receive my points. Thanks,

Championship Game

Last year before the championship game the whole front of your Florebce Al. store and other locations was covered up with Bama signs and sayings. Will you do the same for Auburn now that they are in the Championship game? You sure did not ib 2010. In a recent poll by Direct TV it said 60% of the people in this area rooted for someone other than Bama. In todays economy why any business would chose to Alienate 60% of their customers is beyond me.

Store #61 in McComb Ms is givn out tickets for shoes in which not many ppl receive tickets but wen yu get outside the edgewood mall and tickets are being sold by the customers who was first n line so is there any type of rule to these customers having 7 to 8 extra tickets too sell outside the mall it should b 1 or 2 tickets per customer can sumone please contact me on this issue......

Poor customer service

Upon enter the store I was never approached or greeted. Both sales people were too busy talking with friends on the sales floor. I was attempting to make a decision on a rather large purchase for some running apparel for someone for Christmas..... I left frustrated, called the store back expecting an apology and got hung up on by the assistant manager.

Misrepresented gift card promo

Purchased gift card at the Salisbury NC Store Friday ... was given a voucher to enter the gift card purchase to qualify for the 1500 drawing. the address on the flyer is not a good address. Made contact with store and they gave me the on-line customer service number. Tried multiple numbers listed on web and got exactly what was discribed in other comments ... no answer .. not available. The gift card purchase has to be entered to be eligible for drawing on any non-mobile device ... inconvenient and now the address isn't available. This is supposed to be a drawing at each store .. first 50 to purchase at least $50 eligible for 1500 gift card. Doesn't look like you will be giving many of those away or that purchasers will be able to enter info required. Your website is also not user friendly for rewards. Basically we'll go to Dicks from now on.

Fed up

I am fed up with all these stores including Hibbetts that doesn't carry a broad enough selection of various sizes!!! Not everyone is a freaking bean pole! I am almost to the point of getting a class action lawsuit against every company that can't carry sizes for bigger people than size "I don't eat"! And the shoe selection is also crap!

I stopped into your new store in Chadron today to look for basketball shoes for my son. There were two people standing at the counter with no one else in the store. I was in there for approximately 10 minutes and did not have either one move from the counter to ask if I needed help. I did not buy any shoes. Being in a professional industry, and your store being a new business, I thought this was very unprofessional of your employees. The only time someone was friendly to me was when I went in to ask about a job for a family member and the gentleman from Texas helped me. But she has still not heard about her job app.

Non existent care

I have tried to reach their customer care service by telephone and their phone never rings!! It always says sorry we are not available to take your call at this time which reminds me of a service that is non existing ! And yes I ve called during business hours. Hibbetts ya ll need to get your crap together cause right now ya ll really freaking suck
