Very Poor Customer Service

Recently I received a badly damaged key ring that I bought online and I couldn't get a response from Customer Services. Also I have purchased jewellery which has tarnished very quickly. My other gripe is the loyalty points system, does anyone ever receive these so called points??!!!!

The poor service at d customer relations

It's sad not get any help from the people who I pay their check to...

I spend a lot of money over the holidays at guess and earn rewards they expired and guess will not reactive them for me to use after I gave them business.. I haven't been able to shop ever since at guess for the huge disappointment and the fact that they don't understand I'll probably spend more if they were to give me back what I had already earn...

poor poor customer service at first colony mall

all of the employee who are currently working at the guess store at first colony mall today04/24/2014 from 2to 4pm have horrible customer service and they are a poor representative of guess. They answer the phone with loud noise and laugher in the back ground, want provide you their names, gave me the wrong number for customer service, hang up when I asked to many questions. To allow this young kids to run off your customers

Shoes

I purchased a pair of flats while on vacation, when I returned home and tried to wear then, the left foot fit perfect, the right foot was half a size to large, this making the shoe unwearable. The corp. office would not do anything. I as willing to return them to the corp. office so they culd assess the problem but it was lrft up to me. I have no idea of the name of the store, to bad they are not more concerned about public relation.

Unhappy with quality of clothing

Ipurchased a three quater sleeve T at a Edgars store about three weeks ago. I wore the top once, personally hand washed it so that no ironing was necessary due to the front being emblazoned with the name GUESS. I am very dissapointed to say that parts of the actual markings are already coming off! Needless to say that I will never again purchase an GUESS item which is rather pricey and only be dissapointed again!

scumbags...

worst experience ever....i spend $1000 in one time purchase and got some reward money ...they never told me about expiration of those reward money and of course few months later no money ...crap customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
