I purchased an array of things, including a "Fresh and Ready" 6" submarine. I gave $20.45 to the associate for a $14.45 amount, and she gave me $5.00 change back. After I explained to her that she owed me another $1.00, she rudely said that she could not open the till and said that I would have to wait for the next customer to go through. I was given my $1.00 back, and not thanked for waiting or given an apology, even after I said thank you on receipt of the change. When I got to my destination to eat my sandwich, I took one bite and realized that "Fresh and Ready" was not a true statement. The sandwich tasted like mould. I wasted $6.00 on a sandwich that had two date stickers on it (one for today's date, and one for two days from now). Neither true for the lack of freshness of the sandwich. The poor customer service and the horrid food mean that I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend that you do not either.
