Great service

I've had nothing but great service from Waste Management. They have always picked up on time. I've never had problems with customer service on the phone or online.

Ridiculous getting in touch with them! They are consistently starting to not pick up my garbage. I have everything bagged, I even clean out my garbage can monthly with Clorox to keep it clean!!! How could they pick up all the neighbors and leave mine? I feel for the guys at times because of all the heavy waste they need to pick up...sofas, fridges,etc.

trash pickup

Waste management has not picked up my trash for two weeks. This is ridiculous. Once I followed the truck and talked to the driver and he told me I didn't have to call he would pick up trash. It seems he picks up when he feels like it.

Waste Management came out 9/23/2014 took both trash cans&left. I called customer service &ask why? NO answer.Called9/24/2014 don't know why.It must be a mistake. VERY BAD SERVICE>

WM has the WORST customer service ever! Pick up unreliable, if you complain they deliberately run over ur mailbox or scatter trash everywhere !! Try to get resolution,,,HA !! WON'T HAPPEN

Terrible service. Missed scheduled pick up multiple times. Hard to contact and resolve issues. Unreliable recently.

Awful service

Awful time getting damage trash cans replaced. Have been waiting ten days now and have made four phone calls. I have been given four different dates that they said that they were going to come out and make the exchange. Each time I call they have a different story and a new date. The last time I called I asked to talk to a supervisor. No supervisor was available, but they said that they would have one call me ASAP. I never got a return call.

Horrible Service

This company would rather make its current customers mad by not working with them on cancelling services, returning calls and rate increases and force another year of service. Account rep is very rude all of our years of loyalty and paying on time means nothing. Not gonna be forced into their renewal games.
