Worst experience ever, very disappointed in the staff & especially the management team. Floor associates were busy chit chatting and not supporting customer service. Only 5% of the staff spoke correct English and management was even worse when it came to product knowledge. I was taken by surprise when one manager replied to me in Spanish and got upset when I told her I did not understand. Very poor work ethics and Victoria Secret Corporate needs to check out their core value in this Miami Lakes location on who is running their business. Sad to say I will not be shopping here again.
