Attempted to get a refund, was told by sales clerk, just bring in your credit card and we will refund it on your card. I did as asked, and when I presented my card was given an excuse that could not be refunded because did not have packaging. My reply was we were not given the packaging,(she threw it away) next excuse was the fourteen day policy on returns. Now, we spent over 300.00 dollars on four phones, that adds up to a lot of money each month on phone service, and the company is worried about refunding me money for a $25.00 skin that never would apply to the face of my phone? WORST customer service ever. Wish I would of stayed with chat mobility.
