I have tried to resolve financial issues with 24 hours. After two frustrating conversations, you have messed up my checking account. Now things are worse.

When I spoke with the person at 24 hrs., we agreed I would pay $21.00/month. This means the only location I would go to would be the Meyerland location.

What has happened is on November 20, 2012, you debited my checking account for $64.92. On December 20, 2012, you debited my checking account for the amount of $32.46.

My understanding is I should have only been debited $21.00 in Nov. and $21.00 in Dec. This means a total of $42.00 should have been debited. Instead you have debited my account for a total of $97.38. You owe me $55.38.

I do not have the time or the patience to make another phone call to another person at 24 hours to straighten this mess you have made.

The customer representatives I have spoken with do not speak understandable English. They also do not understand what I am saying.

Please straighten this out!
