My husband and I had a bad stay at the Sebastian, FL Best Western. ROACHES were in the room. Musty odor, mold on the windows, and uncomfortable bed that creaked every time we moved. We go to Sebastian often but we will never stay at the Best Western there again.
I will never stay at another Best Western. Was at the one in Woburn MA for a wedding and it is filthy dirty. The chairs in the front lobby are not even good enough to be put out by the curb for free - they are stained with dirt and grease and grime. The structure is flimsy; when someone bangs something in the next room you can feel it in yours. Might as well be in the same room with your neighbors! The ding on their microwave is as loud as being in your room. The toilet wouldn't flush right and it smelled like sewer. The shower noise from everyone's shower is LOUD. No insulation in this building! The floor feels under the carpet like it is all dug out and deteriorating. Rooms are tiny tiny and stale air. The bathroom doesn't even have a vent fan! Filthy rooms and probably with bugs. Husband complained of itching ankles. Breakfast was still frozen muffins and strudel, nasty "eggs" and the usual, all in a tiny postage stamp of a room where nobody could sit and eat (but the lobby was so gross you didn't want to go there). Worst experience in a chain I've ever had. Will never do another Best Western. The price (with the group rate) was outrageous, and given the condition, highway robbery of the extreme.
Stayed at Best Western Abbey Inn Saint George Utah. 20 year high school reunion party the night I stayed. Loud music booming through my room on 3rd floor. Called down to front desk to report the problem. I was told things should calm down when the party was over at 11:00, basically told to wait it out. Complained the next morning again about not being able to rest. Front desk didn't seem to care. Emailed corporate customer service to complain. Was told quote" sometimes loud activities at best western hotels is inevitiable" offered me points to bring up balance of rewards points to get a free nights stay. Why would I ever stay with Best Western again when im told this might happen again? I will never stay with them again. I have never stayed with a hotel chain that couldn't promise loud parties would be an issue. So long Best Western.
I just want to say I stayed at the best western in pine bluff Arkansas and the people who suppose to be the managers of the hotel are so rude and unprofessional I watch and listen to how they were talking to another customer and made up my mine to never stay there again I have heard that they were rude but I decided to stay there anyways for the night that I was in town visiting some friends and family and I really would like to not even give them no star on the rating of the hotel the staff front desk and housekeeper are more professional than the owners and that I so sad I wouldn't tell a soul to stay there if they are still managing that hotel
Stayed at Cedar Park inn in Edmonton Alberta Can. I had my ipad case stolen, bathrooms were dirty. You could not regulate the heat at all so the rooms where so hot you could not sleep. Stayed in lots of Best Westerns and have always enjoyed being there and have never had a bad experience until now.
I orchestrated a wedding during the holidays this gem tucked away in the town of White Bear Lake. The service was top-rate and the staff bent over backwards to assist the couple as well as those of us setting up for the event. They could not have been more friendly, helpful. Must have great management to have such happy employees. Great Job Everyone!
My family & I stayed at this hotel in Bethleham, Pa was not to happy with the rooms. The heat was so loud that it kept waking me up and when the heater went off we were cold. Was not happy with that and wrote to the hotel manager and didn't get a reponse.
I have been looking at hotels for my daughters graduation in Wooster,Ohio. The hotel in Wooster needs a major renovation. I don't know how you can have your name on this hotel. The furniture is old and musty and the smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere. I felt as if I had traveled back in time. With a college so close by, Best Western is missing out on a great opportunity to modernize this hotel.
