I admit I'm addicted to iced coffee and this store is on my way to work. However, they way they run this particular DD drives me crazy. Unless you ask - every time - you will never get a receipt, a bag, or the correct change. When I use my debit card, I always want a receipt (I've seen many news stories where the cashier charges you more than the total and pockets the difference). However, unless you ask, you don't get one. If you order a bagel/sandwich, they give it to you wrapped, but no bag (so there's no where to put my trash when I'm done), and if you use cash, they always round your total to the nearest nickel (they don't want to use pennies)- of course in their favor. But my main issue is that even when I ask nicely for a receipt and a bag- each time -they give me the most annoyed look. So much for customer service. Now I just pay them in pennies just to annoy them!
