Your web site said if you were to place an order and then cancel with-in the first 45 min. you will not be charged. Such a lie. I cancelled an order with-in 10 min. of placing it and the money was taken out of my account. It has been 7 days so far and the money has not been replaced into my account ,as your site says will be reimbursed in 3 to 5 days. Should have known better ,everytime I order from Toys r us it is nothing but problems and they are very over priced. Will never order from this company again. Can't even get a live person to pick up the damn phone
