Time Warner has no idea what the words customer service mean, Despite what the customer say they know everything. They are rude and condescending, The two people that were helpful in my situation were stationed in the Philipines, I know that no matter what I say that Time Warner doesn't care about their customers.. If they did it wouldn't take 8 phone calls and 2 days of trying to get my situation with Time Warner straighten out. I really loathe the service
