I am so fed up these people it's unreal. First, for about 3 months our payments weren't processing and we had NO IDEA until we received a bill for $350! Now, we paid our newest bill around the 17th because they said our service would be shut off on the 18th and it STILL has not shown up on my bank statement so I called and the woman told me there was a $0 balance and a "pending" payment...okay really I paid 2 weeks ago and it's still pending? SUCH bs. Not to mention we've needed new boxes AND our DVR stops working every few days.
