I have been in this store several times and have had multiple problems. The employees are clueless and some of management is the same way. If you go to Dallas they are glad to see you in the store and ask if you need any help and have general knowledge of the products warranties and so on. At the Texarkana Texas store the employees and some of the management don’t have a clue. If you ask for a product they act as if it is a inconvenience for them to help you. I don’t know who runs the fishing department but they need to find a new supervisor for this part of the store. The products that are selling and we need are hard to get as the system is not reordering or no one is paying attention to this area. We are all currently going to BassPro in Shreveport once a month for fishing gear due to the lack of support at Academy in Texarkana, Texas
