This Academy has horrible customer service. I once walked in and began looking at fitness equipment, and not only did anyone offer to help, but they looked at me as if they didn't want me there. I also called to ask a question about a product and they said "Academy on William Cannon" No can I help you or anything like that. Everyone that works there has an attitude especially one of the managers which sets a bad example and from now on I will be going to Sports Authority.
