I paid $18.00 to receive my order in 2-3 days. Fed ex apparently came by and saw the gate and didn't even dial my name! They made no attempt to deliver the package-didn't leave a note- nothing! I was here the whole time! I called Fed ex at 4:45 today and they said that the package was at their office and will bring it by tomorrow. I feel like they took advantage of me AND I paid extra for it. I am not happy! Sonja Robinson. sonjatom@fresnolink.net
Snubbed and ridiculed for poor hearing on customer service and Plano store. AATold to go to doctor and get an excuse from doctor for Talbors and a personal shopper. Calledn afternan apology and discrimination and rudeness once again. Headsets and abuse even after Aron said would not be ridiculed and poked fun of again.
Told we do not accept complaints and only corporate does and only very discriminating all the way.
I lost my Talbot's credit card on a Saturday night and when I called customer service I was told they were closed until Monday morning. However the order line was open so somebody could have been using my card for 48 hours until I could report it lost. That is TERRIBLE Customer Service.
