I took my rescue shepherd to get a bath at the self service bathing area. Being new to this type of tub my boy was afraid of the steel ramp and tub so I wasn't able to bath him. The staff were super understanding, allowing me to wait until he had calmed down and even came into the room with me to offer my boy treats. They really were exceptional and even refused to charge me because he didn't have a bath. The next day I came back with my younger boy and was able to bathe him with no issues. The staff are amazing at this pet value and I will be returning again
