I have just spent approximately 30 minutes attempting to contact customer service regarding an error made on a recent purchase on line. The phone number posted on their website reached a recording stating that the number was no longer in service. When I contact customer service at their headquarters, I was given another number, again with a recording that the number was no longer in service. On a previous phone call (five days ago) regarding the error on this order, I was promised that I would hear back from them in 72 hours. A subsequent email message sent a couple of days ago has not been successful in getting a response from customer service. I will never order an on-line purchase from Stage Stores in the future.
