We came to the studio for pictures on time. Another family was there and went well over our time. Probably a half an hour while we tried to keep our 1 year old busy. Tough to do sometimes! The photographer blamed it on someone else booking wrong. Our photographer had no idea how to take a picture of a toddler. She was waiting for the exact right moment to take the picture asking him to smile and sit still. NOT going to work. She missed quite a few great photo ops with him. When we got our CD home, we looked at the pictures and you could see wrinkles in the back drop, part of the back wall and part of the backdrop together. The colour was bad. Everything was bad. Our free frame was just that. A plastic frame. No glass, no nothing. It looks so cheap. We wont be back for sure. I would call to make a formal complaint but based on other comments I have seen, there's really no point. So disappointed.
