I ordered a new washer online. When delivered, the guy said his paperwork didnt show that he needed to take the old washer away. There was no spot online to reserve this so i assumed they take it away like every other appliance I've ever gad delivered. After speaking right away with customer service to a very polite, informed woman, we scheduled 3 days away for my free pick up. I probably should've inquired why theres no spot online to ensure the old appliance is taken away.
