Hours may fluctuate
Bunch of clowns. Food was horribly rubbish in ways you wouldnt think possible for a pizza. Staff dont speak english. Hour late.... cold. Hardly any toppings especialy cheese. Delivery man claimed not to have pound change when we ordered 18.99 deal. Pizza hut has been fine every other branch than this. Dont do it to urselves!!!
This is the third time that I have had the disapointment of receiving pizzas that haven't got hardly any cheese on them, even though I paid an extra £1.40 for DBl cheese (I thought I would order double cheese to compensate for them not usually putting much on, but it didn't make any difference). The time before last when this happend I phoned the Manager as there was hardly no cheese, ice cream was missing and the pizzas were cold. He said he would credit my account and I received a 'Everyone makes mistakes' flyer with £5 off your next order. So I ordered pizza yesterday and the same has happened - no CHEESE, pizza tasted worse than a 99p pizza! I didn't even bother to phone up this time, total waste of time and money. Do they not realise if they treat their customers like this that they will not have any! Will not be ordering anything from there again. Total waste of money and you will end up feeling disappointed and wasting an evening that you were supposed to be enjoying with your family.
Bought their gluten free pizza and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza, it was expensive as well, Talked to the manager and he refused any refund and was not really interested, Avoid this branch like the plague.
Pricing was wrongly given on telephone, wedges were under cooked and cold, pizza was cold, part of the order did not turn up and garlic bread was cold and rubbery. Staff did not care when I called, they wee not apologetic that we waited an hour when told half an hour and the food was disgusting. Do not use these people.
