I have been a long time member of PNC bank. An unusual occurrence happened that caused my account to be overdrawn. The bank returned money that was wrongly removed from my account. Then the company refunded the money so PNC took their money back. However they took it when my account wasn't able t cover it. I had no idea this was going to happen. I am a disabled veteran and only make 700dollars a month. I spoke immediately to my bank and was told to call when my disability check was put in and they would help with the fees. So I called at 9:00am Fiday morning, the gentleman I was connected to was the first person that made me cry on the phone. He was stern told me he was busy wouldn't let me answer the questions he asked me wouldn't let me speak, then became condescending calling me sweetheart and treating me like a child. Someone needs to listen to the tape and I promise there is not a woman in the world that listened to that conversation would not be extremely offended and upset and angry. I need someone I spoke with before to call me. Please listen to the conversation because I really don't want to have to tell this story to the main bank. I still need help I'm trying to take care of my kids. Thank You
