I have been a loyal customer of Pet Supermarket in Englewood, Florida for several years. But after my most recent experience, I will be taking my business to another Pet Store. I have never felt so neglected and unappreciated in my life. The customer service has been lacking for quite awhile, but has hit rock bottom in my eyes.
