Fresh Fish
Periodically, I have to return fresh fish (flounder), because it smells bad and sometimes it also taste fishy. I asked the fishmonger to give me frozen filet that I will defrost myself; since this would guarantee freshness. I'm always told that the fish is fresh and that's the way it's delivered, then why doesn't it taste fresh? I shop at store #653, Bethpage NY.
