Annoying am music.

Coming every Sunday am for 5 years. The music is annoying. Early Sunday we are listening to loud screaming artists. What happened to some nice classical at least in the am? Who do you think is sitting in Paneras in the early am? It's not the millenniums.

Ladies room, fountain area, all floor tile in store were filthy. Manager was oblivious to what I was trying to tell him about the condition of his store.

Went into your frankfort ky location was charged 34.00 on my debit card for a 16.00 order. I have tried to resolve this matter keep getting the run around call back tomorrow. Still calling back with no results. Very disappointed in the service at Panera Bread.

High price of bottled water.

This concerns store 0821. I eat there once a week. Here in Anderson S.C we are having a water problem...long story short...not fit to drink. I was shocked when they were charging $1.89 for bottled water...plain cheap bottled water. Other establishments here are selling bottled water much cheaper because of our county wide water problem. I will think twice before I go back.....not happy!

We have the luxury of living in Florida for the winter months. Without a doubt, Panera Bread is our favorite place for lunch. Many of our friends feel the same way. Soups are excellent & the breads always fresh. We would love to have this restaurant open in Peterboro Ontario. It is a retirement community & I,m sure it would do well in this city.

i stop at nearest panera bread in akron ohio at west market in fairlawn. i order lunch half sandwich half salad small coffee and patry. the pastry taste old to hard and my sandwhich is all over the box, my salad was not close and not enough dressing. When I get to my work my salad is a mess and also my sandwhich. I wish the person who prepared my food more careful close the box so it won't spread all over the bag.

Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg

I LOVE Paneras. Mostly we eat at the Kentlands location. The last two times I got carry out from Frederick Avenue, I have been sorry. My sandwhich was cold but more disturbing was my pumpkin muffin was raw inside. It was gross. Hopefully that was just pumpkin and not eggs. Very disappointing.

Its nice you offer meals that can b bought at less than full price for someone who cant afford 6+ dollars means i have to eat fastfood which i dont like when i,can afford to i would lilke to ohthers

manager made no effort to resolve problem

I only wanted a diet Pepsi. I waited on line for about 8 minutes, paid for it, was handed a cup and sent on my way. I looked around and located the fountain area. When I proceeded to fill my cup with Diet Pepsi, the fountain spigot sputtered and filled my cup with foam. I tried again. Same thing. Meantime-- the crowd around me is beginning to accrue. Someone looked for a manager to fix the machine. I took other people's advice and filled the cup extra slowly... foam only. Others did the same. Then, we all stood there waiting for the foam in our cups to shrink so we could add more Pepsi. Then we waited again. Finally, my cup was nearly full. I settled for that. When I took a sip, however. The Pepsi was semi-flat. Hardly any fizz. Someone finally found a manager. She became defensive, asserting over and over, "I just changed the filter. It should be fine." I said, "I paid $2.09 cents for a Pepsi 20 minutes ago. And all I have is 3/4 a cup of flat soda... "The manager then said, "I'll contact Coke." I said, "Coke?" She said, "I'll contact Pepsi and ask them what the problem is. Thank you for your feedback." And she walked away... Grrr. I will NOT be back.

Victoria at the Polaris location in Ohio was amazing. I've never had such good customer service. She was very friendly, helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had a great experience at Panera.

no bagels

was at a panera bread at 4 pm on sunday. had hardly any bagels left . !!!! maybe half dozen . whats that. not closing till 7;30 cant you make enough bagels to last the whole day??? very disappointed. came from 25 miles away.
