Misplaced a gift card that was given to me a year ago. called the 800 number on card to do an inquiry / on the found ard---response from recording no records--- contacted customer services live operator --was told i need reciept for proof of purchas.i did not purchase the card it was a gift. seems to me they could have accommdate the customer better then this.
