I decided to stop bu a local Outback Steak House. People were unfriendly, unwelcoming and the service just sucked. I will never visit another one in my life and will tell my friends and family the same. Being a owner of a Branding & Training Company, Outback needs to spend quality dollars on training staff, to help them embrace and believe in the Brand.
