I live in Asheville, NC and was very excited when Old Navy came to town.
My aunt quite frequntly sends me gifts from Chicago and she may or may not include a receipt. This past Saturday I wanted to make an exchange for a coat and a shirt. In which I was told by the store manager that I was able to exchange it for the same thing different color or size or wait 2 weeks to recieve a merchandise credit!!!
I was not aware of such a ridiculous policy. She made me feel like a criminal!!! For wanting to exchange my birthday gift and I was buying well over the 20.00 the sweatshirt costs.
I will never patronize one of your crappy stores because the policies seemed to PROFILE people as theives.
I am a young professional and find service I received appalling!!!
