I visited an Old Navy store in Harrisburg, Pa, on Tuesday, November, 26, While I was there I planned on doing a lot of my christmas shopping, which I do every year there. But when i got there I asked the manager if I could use a 40% offf coupon that had been issued for 11/27. Of course I won't be there 11/27 because I am there 11/26. The manager said we can't take this coupon for the 26. Now why send coupons to customers if they could only use them on a certain day the whole point is to bring the customer in the store and satisfy there shopping experience so they return time and time again! Needless to say I didn't buy one item on the 11/26. I live an hour away and work two jobs, that is the day I had to shop and if you are a card holder Why would it matter what day you spend the money with the coupon? Just as long as you spend the MONEY!!!
