Poor placement of 50% sign

At the store in the Fallbrook mall in West Hills, California, there was a 50% off sign displayed on a table full of toddler t-shirts. The sign was positioned in the middle of the table. I brought a frozen t-shirt to the register and it was full price, and the guy at the register said that only the t-shirts on the bottom were 50% off, but not the t-shirts on the top. There was not arrow or explanation on the sign. My 5 year old daughter was very upset, but i would not buy the shirt. I shop there all the time. They may have lost a customer today over $6.00

What have you got against mini horses?

Your latest xmas commercial has no business on tv. Apparently either nobody told you or if they did you dont CARE that mini horses can't safely support adults, even women. That woman flailing about on that horse could cause serious damage. I dont know how many takes that commercial took but you'd better hope that horse is ok because if not I will make sure that both PETA and the SPCA both know about it. What's wrong with you people?!

Account "Technical Difficulties"

Horrible! experience talking with representative. The customer service representatives for Old Navy are very rude. The woman would barely let me tell her what was going on with the account and as soon as I told her she kept telling me to do the same thing over and over. She didn't even actually listen to what I said, she kept saying I should do this one thing to fix the problem which wasn't even a problem. I tried to be as nice as I could, but I was forced to raise my voice and speak over her so that she would let me finish a sentence.

Not well organized and the merchandise is not high quality as it used to be when the company required its employers to wear its merchandise as part of their uniform when on duty. I seldom buy anything from Old Navy even though I have an ON credit card. I use it to purchase items from other stores. (Prince George Plaza (MD)

They are very unprofessional I made an online purchase when I called to return the item she basically said this is the thing I wanted so I shouldn't want to return. Then turned around and says but we offer free returns if that wasnt what you wanted wtf?!?

Yes to Old Navy

I've shop at Old Navy in the Asheville Mall and have found the service to be excellent, efficient and very helpful. Sales associates always help me pick out my size. The prices are great and the sales are the best anywhere. Their clearance sales are unbelievable! I may have to wait in line a while on the days of the terrific sales but that's because everybody else wants to get the great deals too. Believe me, its worth the wait! Thank you, Old Navy!

Awful service and combative employees

I live in Asheville, NC and was very excited when Old Navy came to town.

My aunt quite frequntly sends me gifts from Chicago and she may or may not include a receipt. This past Saturday I wanted to make an exchange for a coat and a shirt. In which I was told by the store manager that I was able to exchange it for the same thing different color or size or wait 2 weeks to recieve a merchandise credit!!!

I was not aware of such a ridiculous policy. She made me feel like a criminal!!! For wanting to exchange my birthday gift and I was buying well over the 20.00 the sweatshirt costs.

I will never patronize one of your crappy stores because the policies seemed to PROFILE people as theives.

I am a young professional and find service I received appalling!!!

I visited an Old Navy store in Harrisburg, Pa, on Tuesday, November, 26, While I was there I planned on doing a lot of my christmas shopping, which I do every year there. But when i got there I asked the manager if I could use a 40% offf coupon that had been issued for 11/27. Of course I won't be there 11/27 because I am there 11/26. The manager said we can't take this coupon for the 26. Now why send coupons to customers if they could only use them on a certain day the whole point is to bring the customer in the store and satisfy there shopping experience so they return time and time again! Needless to say I didn't buy one item on the 11/26. I live an hour away and work two jobs, that is the day I had to shop and if you are a card holder Why would it matter what day you spend the money with the coupon? Just as long as you spend the MONEY!!!
