I have been with USAA for 39 years. My experience with you this last year has been horrendous. Your call centers act like they own the company are rude and will not listen. Communication with your employees has deteriorated beyond belief. If I did'nt have faith in USAA, I would have left and gone to another carrier. I am shocked at my overall treatment. It exhibits carelessness and lack ofinterest. If I performed this way in my job I would be fired.
