My wife and I stayed in Rapid City SD around Christmas to be with family. The rooms were very nice. The hardwood floors are a bit cold but clean. Lisa was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. The male at the desk Eric wasn't as friendly as the rest of the staff. He seemed like we irritated him when we asked about good restaurants. Overall our experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
