Today I went to return an extension cord I had purchased the day before. I told the man one of my employees had ripped the package taking it out but we did not use it bc it was to long. So I tried my best putting it back in the ripped package. Yes the package was messed up but I told him it wasn't used. The man just stood there questioning me are u sure u didn't use it are u sure by the third time I was pissed and on top of that he add just to let you know we're not a rental place....very rude and unprofessional
