No one to talk to.
I have been trying to reach a real person by phone for 3 hours with no luck, the customer service number transfers you to the local agent and this is where my problem lies. No one there answers the phone or returns my calls, thus, calling CUSTOMER service to let them know my issue. I guess it is a joke (customer service)!!!!!!!
